1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Nuntun ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including individual users and organizations.
2. Description of Service
Nuntun is an interactive product demo platform that allows you to capture web interactions through a Chrome extension, edit and customize them with interactive elements, and share them as embeddable or linkable demos. The Service includes the web application, Chrome extension, API, and all related documentation.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or capture through the Service ("User Content"), including screenshots, demos, hotspots, callouts, and associated metadata. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights. Do not capture or share content that contains sensitive personal information, trade secrets, or confidential data without proper authorization.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Upload or share malicious content, malware, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our written consent
- Use the Service to capture or distribute content that infringes on others' intellectual property
6. Subscription & Billing
Nuntun offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Nuntun and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service. The Nuntun name, logo, and related marks are our trademarks.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuntun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request export of your data before account deletion.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
